Who is Canada Glove Supply?


Canada Glove Supply is a Health Canada-licensed distributor of personal protective equipment (PPE) based in Toronto, Ontario. We were founded on the principle that frontline workers should not have to decide between affordability and quality when selecting PPE. This belief has driven our sourcing decisions from the beginning, and has allowed us to provide Canadian frontline workers with top-of-the-line products at affordable prices.

Policies and Shipping

What can I do if my package is delayed?


All orders fulfilled by our team will receive a tracking number with Canada Post. Once your order has left our facility, your best option is to follow up with Canada Post directly for any further updates on your package. Our team is not currently able to expedite package delays due to COVID-19.




Do you offer free next-day delivery?


We offer free next-day delivery on all orders within the following regions of the GTA.

  • Etobicoke
  • Vaughan
  • Richmond Hill
  • Newmarket
  • Markham
  • Scarborough




When will my order ship?


All orders placed before 5PM will be shipped on the same day. If ordering from outside of Ontario, you can expect to receive your shipment within 2 - 3 business days. Once an order is placed through our website, you'll receive a shipment notification when the order is sent out as well as a tracking number to follow the package with Canada Post.




What can I do if I receive the wrong order or my order is incorrect?


If you've received the wrong order, our customer support team will make it right. Please connect with a member of our team by filling out our customer support form here.




What is your return policy?


Due to the nature of the product, all purchases of The Canadian Shield are final sale. For defects, warranties and replacements, please contact us.




What can I do if I’ve entered my address incorrectly?


All orders fulfilled by our team will receive a tracking number with Canada Post. If you have not yet received a shipment notification, please contact our team directly to update the address on your order. Once your order has left our facility and is en-route via Canada Post, your best option is to follow up with Canada Post directly to re-route your package to the correct address.




Do you offer local curb-side pick-up?


We do not offer any sort of local curb-side pick-up or walk-in options. This is simply to ensure the safety of our employees and the security of our facility. We do, however, offer flat rate shipping anywhere in Canada.
